-IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE REQUEST THAT YOU DO SO WITH AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A FEE OF 50% OF THE COST OF SERVICES BOOKED.

-ANY CLIENT UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

-PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. IF YOU ARE  LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY HAVE TO BE SHORTENED OR RESCHEDULED. IF RESCHEDULED YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE 50% LATE CANCELLATION FEE.

-CLIENTS AND STAFF HAVE THE RIGHT TO STOP A TREATMENT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.

-CLIENTS AND STAFF ARE EXPECTED TO TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT, KINDNESS AND HONESTY.

A. LUMINARY ACCEPTS ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, CASH, CHECKS AND LUMINARY GIFT CARDS. UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ACCEPT PREPAID GIFT CARDS FROM ANOTHER MERCHANT.

Q. IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?

A. GRATUITY FOR YOUR THERAPIST IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF YOUR TREATMENT. ALTHOUGH GRATUITY IS NOT REQUIRED, IT IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED FOR THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE WE WORK TO PROVIDE.

Q. HOW CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

A. ALL GIFT CARDS ARE DIGITAL AND AVAILABLE THROUGH THE LINK ON OUR HOME PAGE.

A. WHEN YOU ARRIVE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO COMPLETE A DETAILED INTAKE SO THAT WE ARE AWARE OF ANY HEALTH CONDITIONS. IF YOU ARE UNSURE PLEASE CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Q. WILL I BE ABLE TO GO OUT FOR A SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY TREATMENT?

A. IT IS OUR GOAL FOR YOU TO LEAVE FEELING YOUR BEST BUT IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT EACH PERSONS SKIN IS UNIQUE AND CAN HAVE AN INDIVIDUAL RESPONSE TO TREATMENT. IT IS ALSO REASONABLE TO EXPECT THAT YOUR HAIR WILL BE UNTIDY AND POSSIBLE OILY AFTER FACIAL AND SCALP MASSAGE.

Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I BELIEVE THAT I'M HAVING A REACTION TO MY TREATMENT?

A. A REACTION IS NOT NECESSARILY NEGATIVE. CREATING CHANGE WITHIN THE SKIN IS AN ACTIVE PROCESS. IF YOU HAVE A REACTION THAT YOU WERE NOT EXPECTING PLEASE LET US KNOW! WE CAN ADVISE YOU ON THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION. WHILE ALLERGIES ARE UNCOMMON IN THE CASE OF AN ALLERGIC REACTION PLEASE CONSULT A PHYSICIAN OR CALL 911 IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY BREATHING.
